In HANA, ther is full extractor support through ODP data replication API:
Data Services can use this API to get initial and delta loads, the data can be
streamed to Data Services.
ODP data replication API is installed on the SAP NetWeaver Platform.
ODP provides the following benefits in Data Services:
• ability to browse all available extractors,
• extract data in both initial and changed-data capture (delta) mode,
• stream data from the SAP application to the data flow without using staging files.
To get your data into HANA using ODP you will have to use BODS, can't comment on licensing part.
DXC and ODP are both same as they can transfer data from any SAP Business Suite system to HANA
If you have BW system running on HANA then you can import BW Models in to HANA directly and perform reporting on them
