Re: Approve/Reject Mode in HCM P & F

Chris I like your conversation here.

Everyone working on HCMPF must have gone through this at-least once. Infact to make matter worse, one time a client wanted this in parallel. One group to edit and other group to approve ( At the same time, in Parallel branches ). I drew this on the white-board to make them understand sense in it. and then I thought they would understand. On the contrary someone suggested I build email notifications to notify every actual agent of the change ...I was like totally Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view.

Anyway Rahulkrishnan,

Whether the fields will be editable or not is driven by the task you use in the workflow. Look at the workflow and notice that task TS3370021 - Process Form ( Assuming you are using FPM Forms )  will allow the user to process the form, in other words, allow the agent to edit/correct the data. If however you use task TS3370022 - Approve Form then the user will only be able to approve/reject the form, not edit it.
