Unable to set up AWS - Part 1 - Accept the SAP Developer License Agreement on SCN

Hi All,

I am trying to set up  aws account, but could not able to. I enrolled for openSAP   course.

Followed the steps as mentioned in http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-28294

1.Logged in SCN activated the account

2.Created Key Pairs

3.In next step "Part 1 - Accept the SAP Developer License Agreement on SCN" , I entered my SAP ID & tried to login, but got a blank screen.

I tried different options, but could not.

I viewed the source code and see this element.. There is one element.. which may be relevant..

inputtype="hidden"name="errorMessage"value="An SCN user can consume only one the combination of solution, provider and account." 

Please advise.
