We had to develop a custom task for this.
We based it on the standard task and engineered it to pass the complete/approved flag.
We didn't find a standard auto approve task.
BTW there is a WF congif wher you can select approval not required.
This isn't useful in this case b/c you will still want the WF notifications and update to the PT_REQ... table.
