2 step picking

Hi Experts,

I am trying to convert one step process to 2 step picking. Configured all the steps. And, when i try to add one WPT in below screen shot table, not  able to do it. Is that not the place to add new WPT?

Otherwise , 2 step WT is automatically getting confirmed ?
