1. Any standard report by which I can see total RTP stock like MB54
No spesific standard report for RTP process, since the Vendor's packaging come in UU stock.
2. How can I link RTP item with the original migo item. So that when doing migo, if I not select RTP item then system should give error.
I personally used user exit for this, you can customise with your needs.
3. When selecting return delivery option in migo and entering the migo number system is not showing the RTP item however original stock item is coming. How to overcome this problem.
Material packaging does not link with the PO (it link with Vendor), when you GR (MIGO) it actually GR without reference to PO. You need to issue the packaging separately or you can MIGO as usual with mvt type 122.
