Issue description:
In BO 3.1 There's a legacy behavior for both Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligence documents, that, when it can't find a Universe against
which the document was designed, it selects a Universe with the same 'ShortName' (SI_SHORTNAME property of the Universe InfoObject).
Niether did I experience this legacy behavior in SAP BIP 4.1 SP4 DSL.universes nor see SI_SHORTNAME field when queried from query builder. We deploy SAP BIP as shared service solution for our multiple customers hence, it benifitted us. We have many reports developed on UNX.
Is there anyone else who have the same concern?
