I want to setup the IM budget system in the following way:
1. Always have 2 budget buckets one for the old year and one for the new year. So for example I want to have internal orders as measures and be able to allocate the same measure to both buckets. I do not want to move any values from previous year to next.
2. I want to be able to see what portion of the budget was from the previous years budget.
3. Can you explain the functions of each column in IM53
