Hey it got fixed.
Solution:
For the respective measure , the Region should be placed which of Dimension qualification.So if we have 3 measures, then place 3 dimensions respective to the measure. UserResponse gets appended. =UserResponse("Enter a Year")+"+" Q"+UserResponse("Enter a Quarter")+" "+"Backlog Measure"
