LSMW not capturing user confirmation pop up for "Redetermine plant/shipping point?"

Hi All,

I need to create an LSMW to change the ship to party.

All went good except a pop up which take user confirmation for plant shipping point re-determination.

When I record this transaction in LSMW, this pop up in not coming.

Whenever I ran LSMW in foreground its work perfectly, but when I run this in background, Ship to party gets change but it clears out the Customer group 1 and customer group 2 from header due to this pop up issue.

I also tried recording through SHDB and then importing it in LSMW. But even in SHDB this pop up is not coming.

Can you please help me out to record this transaction perfectly?

Am I missing anything?
