Hi,

When there are browser issues, here is what I do to troubleshoot.  First add the URL to your trusted sites.

 

If that doesn't fix the issue, then delete your cache in IE by going to Internet Options > in Browsing History section click Delete button > check all boxes and click Delete.  Once confirmation is received, close all browser sessions then try again.

 

If that doesn't fix the issue, then try opening IE in safe mode (where no add ins will run).  On your desktop, click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add Ons).  If you can access it here, then you know one of your IE add ons is the culprit.
