Thank you for your suggestions. The metroui.org.ua looks very nice and I am sure I will use this in the future. An integrated CSS style for the SAPUI5 library would be ideal but for now I can use the metroui.org for Window desktop apps and use Cordova, as you mentioned, for mobile WP8.
