You have to use one Processing class 10 specifucation for your basic pay and transport and another one for Housing wage type.And change  the rule XPPF accordingly.

In absence valuation consider the leaves separately

Instead of TKAU** use the respective numers as per your requirement

Example : For  basic pay and transport use TKAU** and for Houring use TKAU03
