I have a question regarding these tables. I noticed that when you are going through the assessments that are configurd (create/change) it's adding entires into the table in the "Adjust Data Retrieval for Appraisals, Evaluations, and Surveys" config. For testing I want to be able to go through In Process and Completed and then delete the appraisals to change configuration on the forms. Right now when I'm defining my forms it says I can't delete anything because the appraisal templates are in use. In addition for testing I want to walk through the whole assessment process to Complete and then reset. I can't figure out a way to do that because I've configured the assessment periods for 1/102013-12/31/2013 (except the IDP). Any suggestions on how to "reset" these assessments? Do you have to adjust the periods in order to get the assessments back to the "Create" In process status?
