By default, this action is only trigged by SMIN and SMRQ transaction types.

The password you set during creation work for the default user SAP* and DDIC, but not for user OPENSAP.
I faced the same error when trying to logon with user OPENSAP and the password I set during instance creation. As I didn't know his password I set a new one in transaction SU01.
If you didn't want to use the user OPENSAP for your exercises, you can copy user OPENSAP to a new user with SU01.

got message group 252871 with reference to wm saved
but when i am going to tcode LT73 & putting
warehouse number 301
group 1
i am getting message selected group for 2 step picking not relevant

First I would suggest you to figure out which BIWS is causing the error message. Try capturing HTTP logs while reproducing the issue to identify any specific BIWS is failing with the above error.
If you could identify which BIWS is failing, try to republish the BIWS using Webi Rich client.

If every SAP BW job requires experienced consultants, how does a fresher get experience ?
Hi,
I'm new to SAP BW and HANA, learnt online. I have over 16 yrs of IT Experience in the US - I'm a US Citizen.
As I start looking for a job (in the US), every job posting I come across requires a minimum of 5 yrs experience in BW and 2 HANA Implementations (which I obviously don't have).
How does anyone get their first SAP BW /HANA job without lying on their resume ? I'm even willing to work for a very low salary, if that's what it takes to get the first job.
I'm sure everyone who is an experienced consultant today, was a fresher at one time.
Any advice is highly appreciated.

MSS: Create Requisition Request with FPM
Dear all,
Our client wants "Create Requisition Request" process with FPM form and not with ADOBE form.
As per my knowledge there is no such FPM form available in e-recruiting even in latest version / SP. Correct me if I am wrong.
Now if I create my own "Create Requisition Request" process with FPM then my worry is the below applications:
- Requisition Overview (HRRCF_C_REQUEST_BROWSER) in MSS, how this application can show forms based on FPM ?
- In requisition screen there is button "Display Requisition Request" which opens PDF form, how this button will work then ?

Unable to open SLD & other SolMan Portal:
Dear All,
I have newly Installed Solution Manager 7.1 SR-1 on windows 2008 Sybase ASE database and ran post installation activities.
After updating SLD by applying all cim & CR files, I am unable to open SLD and other Solution Manager portals using IE-8 with http://<FQDN>:50000/index.html, /nwa, /sld, /useradmin etc.
For your reference & investigation, please see attached DefaultTrace Logs & applications log files.
Please help me and do the needful ASAP.
