Using HCM forms & process i have created Leave request.
If i want to see approval level & Leave PFD form i will select process name.
It should open PDF file.

Sounds like a good plan.
One item I'd like to pint out - having CMS servers running on 2 different windows versions in the same cluster might lead to some issues.
If you do not plan on having operational system with CMS on win2008 and win2012 at the same time -- you should be good.

SAP DS integration with BI is not recommended by SAP. For ease of maintenance a stand alone DS with IPS is much better. For example - Like you said upgrading of one application would be painful if its integrated.

As mentioned before do you thing will there be any impact to the local tables which are maintained in PI. If we are developing new interfaces in future we can still leverage the new functionality of PO dual stack. Is that right?

There was a similar question asked in our alternate forum, see: Access https URLs - SQLA Forum. Currently, certificates are specified manually. We have made an enhancement request for SQL Anywhere web clients to potentially use the OS Certificate store instead, in future versions.
So in summary, currently you will need to either replace the certificate, or provide an alternate certificate by specifying the certificate string in the stored procedure definition directly:
CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE ...
CERTIFICATE '-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- ... -----END CERTIFICATE-----'
Notably, MobiLink clients can currently use the (Windows or Android) operating system store for certificates if trusted_certificates is not specified at all.

Getting the below message no F5286..PERIOD XX/YEAR is not open for account type M and GL xxxxx..
I have thoroughly checked Sdn forum but only suggesting to open closed FI period.. I did checked in our system, t his period is already closed and It is live system, so could not able to open again.
Is there any work around solutions to settle for these open orders?

Hi All. This has been resolved. IPV6 was active on the server. The Java Stack will not start while IPV6 is active. Once we deactivated it, the Java stack came up.

COPYLC as member ID of R_ACCOUNT doesn't matter, it's the formula [COPYLC] linked to the member of R_ACCOUNT ("COPYLC" in my case) that matter.
In the business rule, I use Balance as Flow.
I don't use Entity FX Type property.

Is anyone aware if it is possible to attach zip/rar files to a wiki page? When I try, a message indicates I have no authorization to attach files with these extensions.
Is it just a matter of authorizations or is this not supported at all?

User decision is needed so that i can halt the workflow completion i am trying to avoid using the wait step.
Will be passing the workitem id of the user decision step (made a copy of Stnd decision decision task ).as parameter in the webdynpro application url.
When user route to application :
1. After action is complete then will complete the workitem of decision using standard FMs available.
2. If user again clicks on the link then in default start event will place a logic which will look at the status of work item id it receives as parameter if its executed it will display message that 'action is already performed'.
Today i tried having program exit in the activity whose task is a copy of user decision step task so was able to pass the workitem id in the url generated in the mail.
Mail sending logic was placed in exit and was able to prepare the URL of webdynpro application along with parameters.
So wanted to confirm if its fine to go with this approach ?

On SP04, Maintenance Optimizer works with product system data from SMSY. So, in the case your Solution Manager is on SP04 or lower, you need to assign the Java product instances in SMSY.
<edit> I see in your original description that your Solution Manager system is on SP03, so there is no LMDB product systems to maintain.
Add the product instance Solution Manager Java stack to your system in SMSY. Make sure that it has a Java technical system assigned. Please let me know if in doubt about this.

Have you set the SIDadm and sapserviceSID to the saplocaladmin, and are member of local admin group on the server. The two sap accounts need to be members of local admin groups on the server.
just to confirm the error could you rename the sapstartrsrv.log and start the via service again via services.msc?
If so then perhaps some other process has locked the sapstartsrv.log file. This can be check e.f. via process explorer, see Process Explorer

You have to create a connector and set the connection type as HDB (HANA Database) in Maintain Connectors and Connection Types first. Make sure you have HANA database plug-in installed as mentioned in GRC 10.1 installation guide which will enable Access controls to run with SAP HANA as DB and optimizes some of the High volume processes to take advantage of SAP HANA.
